Ballerina Sterling Silver Earrings

Unique silver earrings handcrafted in Australia.

These Ballerina sterling silver earrings have a long, softly curved shape that wraps around itself. The long ear wire is shaped to lock around the earring as part of its design. The ability to do this without damaging the ear wire comes from an old metalsmithing technique. The traditional technique of hand forging and anti-clastic hammering creates the strength and flexibility needed to allow the ear wire to spring back into place.

The earrings are 8mm wide and 50mm long.
